Horizontal Rules

Choose whether or not to size the horizontal rule; choose "Pixels" to set an absolute pixel width, choose "Percent" to make the horizontal rule appear at a relative size to it's parent object (the document, or frame or table cell it's in) Leave blank to use default image size
